Psychotherapy/counselling can seem challenging; however, I invite you to reflect on yourself, discover your inner voice and true self. Therapy is a very personal experience, it’s important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. Feeling heard by someone who is interested in our life is what makes us feel seen enabling us to be vulnerable. Feeling seen enables us to live authentic to who we are as unique individuals. Therapy is also about encouraging you to consider different ways of thinking, trying new strategies and learning new skills. Rewiring the brain on a better path/future forward.
I will support you with empathy and compassion to express yourself in a safe therapeutic space inviting you to openly share your challenges and concerns allowing for a way forward. Specialising in trauma treatment (PTSD, Complex Trauma), grief, anxiety, self-esteem, dysfunctional impulsivity (e.g, various addictions, anger management…).
I work with couples who are trying to improve their relationship. I often see people who struggled for years before they decided to seek help, having problems such as anger, impulsivity, anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. I have worked with clients aged 4 - 77.
