Hey There! My names Aman and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Are you looking for some support but are unsure where to start? I work from a mixed clinical and non- clinical approach which means I use research based strategies along with some old genuine human connection.
I have been in your position, and I have sat on the other side. I am just as human as you are and have gone through my fair shares of struggles. It can be hard or uncomfortable to open up to someone you don't know but my main focus is to create safety. I would love to walk alongside you in your journey of healing and mental well-being.
