I am a Registered Psychologist (provisional) in Moose Jaw, SK. I received an M.Ed. in Education Psychology from the University of Regina in 2023. I practice from a trauma informed, evidence based, queer/gender affirming, anti-oppressive lens, and am welcoming of all people and relationship styles. I have an unconditional positive regard and caring attitude toward my clients and have experience working with people of all ages, from children to adults, who are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, grief, emotional regulation, identity exploration and many other challenges.
My clients and I are equal partners in the therapeutic process and I believe each person is the expert on themselves. Together, we will identify your values, beliefs, and skills and use them to achieve your goals in therapy. My goal is for my clients to feel validated and to build skills in self-compassion and self-efficacy.
Whether you are just looking for someone to talk to, or if you are seeking specific strategies, tools, and information about something you dealing with, I can provide that space. No matter what you are dealing with, you are welcomed here.
