I believe in an empathic approach to counselling and prioritize developing collaborative, meaningful connections that support clients to explore their inner understandings without judgment. I take a person-centred approach and am passionate about using Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques and EMDR, while also pulling from ACT and CBT.
As a member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, I have a passion for affirmative counselling with queer-identified folx. I aim to offer responsive counselling to clients of all backgrounds.
