Even good people make mistakes sometimes. If you're struggling with the choices you’ve made in life, let’s talk. I work with people who are feeling shame, holding secrets, or who may have felt forced into a corner, and are feeling the repercussions of those moments. I’m here to support you in moving forward, in making the changes that you recognize need to be made, and in learning to forgive yourself for being human.
As a therapist, my approach is one of compassion, acceptance, and curiosity. With you, I am here to offer a time where you can be heard without interruption, a space where you can explore your emotions, a moment for you to know that you are allowed to question long held beliefs - to make sure those values still connect with who you are today.
