I am a registered psychotherapist specializing in children, parents, and families. With Over 12 years of experience working in children's mental health and being a mother myself; I can guide you with compassion and extensive knowledge. I can support you and your family with different complex needs ranging from anxiety, depression, complex trauma, family conflict, low self-esteem, adoption and attachment concerns, school issues, behavioral concerns, and almost anything related to parenting and enhancing the wellbeing of children and families.
I offer a strengths-based, client-centered approach individually tailored to each client and the goals they present with. Some of the modalities I use include Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Bahavioural Therapy and more, depending on my clients' presenting concerns and goals.
