I've been working in the mental health field for over 10 years now and know the importance of finding a counsellor you can connect with. I’m a couples counsellor who also works with individuals in a variety of topics. Many folks come to see me for my experience in the queer / 2slgbtqia+ community; which often has overlap with those who are neurodivergent, as well as exploration outside of a monogamous dynamic (ENM/poly). I'd describe my style of counselling as compassionate, empowering, inclusive & non-judgmental. Styles of therapy you may encounter are: Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, or Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. Regardless of style, the work we do will be collaborative - your perspective matters to me & will always be met with warmth & understanding
