Hi, I’m glad you are here - I offer safe, non-judgemental, supportive and client centred therapy for individuals looking to embark on a journey of personal growth and healing. I know that road is sometimes confusing, painful and difficult and there are times when you need the help of an experienced therapist, who is equipped to walk along side you in that process. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Masters of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, have experienced trauma or have issues with self-esteem, are feeling stuck, or are looking to explore solutions to life's challenges. I do not believe in a ‘one size fits all approach’ so utilize various approaches and work with each client to determine what is most useful.
