I work with adults, seniors and adolescents who are experiencing challenge in the aspects of anxiety, stress, depression, self-worth and emotional understanding; within the context of relationships (with self, children, partners, friends, co-workers or families) and corresponding to each stage of life.
The ability to recognize and care for a persons true self and their intrinsic values, comes from the reverence of understanding ones thoughts, emotions and behaviours. I utilize a tailored combination of modalities including Emotion Focused, Cognitive Behavioural, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Narrative Therapy.
