Are you struggling with an issue and you need some therapy to help you get back on track, I offer phone sessions in the comfort of your own home. As an arts based trauma informed empowerment therapist, I am experienced in a variety of issues: Anxiety and Depression, Agoraphobia, Addiction, feeling lost and confused, self esteem, suicidal Ideation, relationships, trauma, and PTSD, You don’t need to be diagnosed with a mental illness to get help, all you need is to want to heal. I provide a safe relationship which my clients may use for personal growth.
My goal as a talk therapist is for people in difficult circumstances to define some of the challenges they face, imagine solutions to their circumstances, replace unhealthy coping mechanisms with healthy ones and recognize themselves as agents of change. Young adults and adults welcome. I have been in private practice for eighteen years.
