My curiosity started when I was a child and grew into the work and education I completed over the past three decades. My passion is to work with people who know there is something they need to do to become more attuned with themselves, but need companionship on how to get there.
Having my own lived experiences and learning more about myself in relation to others, I moved into the mystical realm where I acquired various tools to help inform me about how we interact with ourselves individually and collectively from a psycho-spirititual perspective. I use somatic experiencing and creativity to co-create with you on your journey.
