Congratulations on making the first step to seeking help! This can be a challenging and courageous moment, and it is my goal to help you feel supported in your therapeutic journey. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Art Therapist, and offer therapy to a wide variety of clients including young adults and adults. I specialize in several areas including, depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and grief and loss. I believe it is important to provide a supportive and non-judgemental space where together we can explore, promote growth, and help you feel empowered throughout your journey.
As a therapist, I am passionate at working with you to provide strategies, and promote personal insight that meets your needs. I practice using a combination of both Talk Therapy and Art Therapy from a client-centred approach, and clinically use a blend of Psychodynamic, Narrative, Solution-Focused, Play, and Trauma-Informed Therapy in my work.
