I work most often with clients on the treatment of anxiety, depression, relationship issues and difficulties related to self-esteem.
Drawing on evidence-based techniques from cognitive-behavioural, emotion-focused and acceptance & commitment therapies, I will collaborate with you to find the best methods to address your concerns and build new ways of approaching them.
