The main focus of my practice is supporting individuals with anxiety, stress, self-criticism, self-doubt, high achievement, and low motivation. In addition, my practice also extends to treating depression, low mood, relationship issues, and self-defeating behaviours. I help clients identify and challenge the beliefs that may be holding them back, such as feelings of inadequacy, fear of failure, or perfectionism. By addressing these patterns, we work together to reframe unhelpful thoughts and create new perspectives that support personal growth and lasting change.
