I am passionate in helping Individuals transform their relationships, overcome grief and trauma, and achieve overall life improvement. My desire as a therapist is to help individuals deepen their self-understanding, developing more control in their lives, and explore their beliefs. Assist couples along their way to experiencing connection and deeper intimacy. My approach is a combination of CBT, neurobiology, philosophy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, ACT, art therapy and various other psychological theories to offer an integrative approach to meeting client needs, all practiced from an experiential emotion-focused perspective.
Although I offer general counselling for a variety of issues and concerns such as depression, anxiety, life direction, career, etc., I specialize in ADHD counselling, mens intimacy issues, pornography addiction, religiously informed counselling, and creative/art therapy.
