At the heart of it, I'm a people-person who’s passionate about self-development and empowering others to lead a life to their fullest capabilities, no matter what circumstances look like. I'm a second-generation South Asian female that has had to navigate through many different cultural challenges, so I understands the difficulties that come with needing to hold different identities, all at once. This is why I make sure that my full attention is on you during sessions, ensuring that I'm bringing compassion, vulnerability and a completely unbiased view.
I like to help figure out what the root cause of the problem is through talk and narrative therapy. We then move to a more emotion-focused approach that usually involved mindfulness and other grounding techniques. I like to end sessions with a solution-focused approach, working with you on some concrete goals and plans to achieve those goals.
It is my personal goal that by the end of sessions, you leave feeling empowered, resilient, and grown into your newest and most confident version of yourself, fully enjoying the benefits of your perseverance and hard work.
