I work with adults, specializing in relationships, self-esteem, body image, parenting, and trauma recovery.
I studied at the Toronto Institute of Relational Therapy inspired by my belief in the power of healthy relationships to heal. I completed additional trainings in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Expressive Arts, Parent Education, Sex and Relationship coaching, and Relational Neuroscience. I offer a warm, accepting relationship to create a container for healing.
I love working with individuals, couples, and groups around self-esteem and relationship issues. My strengths include being compassionate, direct, gentle, and insightful. I work out of my home in Roncesvalles, with easy access to the TTC, and plenty of parking. I welcome the opportunity to support you in healing, and creating more connection in your life.
