My priority is finding the therapeutic approach that best suits your needs, beliefs, and goals. I use a collaborative approach so that you can guide me and show me where you need help the most. I am passionate about helping people identify their strengths and empowering clients to achieve growth to live their best lives.
I have years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families along their grief journeys. I also have experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and other obstacles that arise throughout life. I prioritize body positivity and have experience helping clients of all ages on their acceptance journey.
In this unpredictable world, it is important to have a safe space to talk to someone. It can be hard to reach out for help but the search is a good first step.
