Are you living with struggles relating to your perinatal period and beyond? You are not alone! It is common to struggle with the transition that occurs, both mentally and physically, from conception to the postpartum period. Our work together can help address a variety of adversities commonly seen in birth persons and parents on a therapeutic level. Specialty topics include struggles relating to infertility, pregnancy/infant loss, rainbow babies, birth trauma, disordered eating, body image/self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and OCD. My hope is to help you find security and growth along your journey.
