Our work together focuses on your unique situation, and what you are hoping to achieve in therapy. I will offer you a safe space where I listen carefully, validate your feelings, and provide strategies and tools to help improve your quality of life. You know yourself best and I will go at your pace to make sure you feel understood.
I understand starting counselling might feel intimidating. I am down to earth, and my goal is to make this process as easy and comfortable as possible.
