We will work on the "inside network" where the trauma is hidden. I will teach you how to drop inside and start hearing and seeing your inner family – your diffrent parts. We will be-friend them and ask them for permission to go deaper and heal the exiles that are frozen at the moment of the trauma. We will re-do the moments and pull you to the present.
