I am Clinical Psychologist who is experienced in working with people at various stages in life, from childhood up to older adults, as well as a range of experiences which impact mental wellbeing. These include anxiety disorders, low mood or depression, substance misuse, health psychology, trauma/PTSD, body dysmorphia, OCD, hoarding, disordered eating behaviours, neurodevelopment and neuropsychological presentations.
My experience lies in specialist therapy services for both children and adults and main therapeutic approaches include: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Systemic/Family Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) Attachment-Focused Approaches.
