I am a psychologist and psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (BABCP accredited) and third-wave therapies, including Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I am completing a certification in EMDR and working towards accreditation with EMDR Europe. I use evidence-based psychological therapies with an integrative approach. I've also completed training in psychodynamic therapy and neuropsychology. We can plan treatment according to your needs, values, and goals.
