As a Person-Centred Counsellor the approach I use allows you to choose your own focus and direction of each counselling session at your own pace.
I am a registered member of the BACP and have a BSc Psychology degree. I am passionate about my role and respect each client's individual needs. I have experience of working with many client issues such as domestic abuse, domestic violence, bereavement, anxiety, depression, low self esteem and confidence.
