I offer a safe and non-judgmental space within which to explore your internal world, your hopes and fears and the past experiences that may affect your interactions and way of being in the present with a view to finding freedom from self-limiting beliefs and patterns of behaviour. My aim is to support you as we work together exploring the challenges you face to find clarity, meaning and purpose, facilitate change and fulfill your objectives and potential. In understanding ourselves, exploring unconditionally all that we are, our needs and wants, what motivates and truly inspires us, we can become our authentic Self.
I am a qualified counsellor working with individuals and couples both face-to-face and online. My core approach is psychodynamic however, I believe we all have a unique way of being in the world and therefore work creatively alongside my clients incorporating different therapeutic approaches, tools and techniques as appropriate to achieve their objectives.
During times of emotional disturbance you need not feel isolated or alone. Counselling can be a challenging journey into our deepest parts but it is an opportunity to reframe the way we perceive ourselves and the world around us. In understanding all that we are, we are able to become all that we want to be and move forward with clarity, hope and purpose.
