Hi, I’m an LGBTQ+ friendly, poly allied, sex-positive registered counsellor with over ten years clinical experience. You may struggle with addiction, anxiety, relationship issues or shame. You may have a traumatic history. I am here to offer space to explore this with you. Maybe you don’t know what you want from therapy yet, but you know something isn’t sitting right and you want things to change. Are you needing somewhere it’s safe to connect to your feelings? I believe that connecting with our bodies and emotions is a key to lasting change.
As an Integrative Counsellor and Group Therapist I draw upon different models of psychotherapy. Our therapeutic relationship will help inform our work and through this journey together we can explore and change what behaviours are holding you back. I'm experienced working in online formats as well on the phone if this supports your needs.
