I specialise in mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress and men's related issues. These are issues such as intimacy, ED, low sex drive, pornography and relationship or social challenges. In psychotherapy sessions I provide a confidential setting that encourages you to reflect on your journey. We will explore the feelings, emotions and impact significant events have had on the way you experience day-to-day life. We will work through your thought process moving towards the version of you that you've always wanted to be. Who is that person? Do they allow themselves to smile, laugh and be happy?
Mental health challenges and men's issues are far more common than you might think. Far less common is the number of men courageous enough to overcome these challenges. The only way to overcome the challenges you're facing is to confront them head on. I know it takes a huge effort to do that but together, it can be achieved.
I work quite intensely and aim to empower you to reach your full potential. At times, it might be hard work, you might need to take action, make changes and try new things.
