Welcome, I understand that this first step in seeking out a counsellor/therapist can feel like a large/ important decision . We all experience times where we feel challenged from within, or by events, losses in our world. Therapy can be of great assistance to you, in easing or relieving the load you currently are carrying, or symptoms you experience .I have over thirty years experience of using psychodynamic counselling skills ( a way to understand how you see and value yourself, with the possibility to view yourself as more, reagin increase hope ) combined with my knowledge and experience as a Mental Health Nurse
I see people for all the following reasons Mood / Depression Anxiety /Stress / Substance Misuse / Loss- Bereavement / Occupational Stressors or situational Whatever the reason that brings you to counselling I see you the person, your concerns are my priority in each and every session. I am comfortable listening and working with you to find a way forward. ,
