I am a qualified counsellor with 25 years experience working in GP surgeries and 7 years in private practice. I embrace the integrative approach meaning that I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques to suit the individual. Counselling can be a short or long term intervention and will help to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe place. Many different things can bring you to counselling and I work with a wide range of issues. I aim to provide a compassionate, empathetic but down to earth approach which takes account of personal history and yet be focused and goal orientated.
I can help with anxiety, depression, bereavement, cancer and other health related issues, OCD, personal development, post traumatic stress, fertility, redundancy, relationships, self-esteem, social anxiety, sexual identity, stress and work related issues.
I work at Bexley Complementary Health Clinic , near Bexley Village. The office is accessible for wheelchairs. It has a small car park to the front and is a six minute walk from Bexley Station.
