Hello, I'm Becky and I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor offering counselling to adults and young people in Northampton. Life can bring us challenges that are difficult to deal with on our own. You are not alone, I will offer you a safe and non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and feelings openly, working towards goals to make life better. I believe the relationship between client and counsellor is important and building trust together we can explore the issues that are impacting you.
In my practice, I am passionate about helping clients with stress, anxiety, panic, low self-worth, trauma, motivation, low self-esteem, family issues, relationships and relationship breakdowns, depression, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), coping with loss and confidence.
