Conducting over 5,000 sessions of therapy I have helped my clients explore a huge range of emotional, relational, sexual or traumatic material to try and make sense of what those experiences have meant for them, how they have impacted them, and what they want to do about them going forward. I’m here to help you explore what you need, what your life has been, and how you’d like it to be now. I will help you to allow your thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviour to serve you better and offer you a space to gently experiment with doing things differently. I am particularly experienced with anxiety, trauma, sexual difficulties and PTSD.
I am acutely aware of how vulnerable it can make most people to go and talk to a stranger about their private life and difficulties.
