I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist based mostly at the Priory Hospital North London. I also offer private sessions in Harley Street. My approach emphasises the significance of the unconscious mind, early experiences and the therapeutic relationship. I have experience working with a range of clinical conditions on a weekly long-term and short-term basis and also facilitate group therapy. My practice offers a place to explore challenges together, perhaps finding the words where they may have previously been absent before. Being able to shed light on your hidden parts and deepest feelings can be one of the most healing experiences.
Establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of our work together. Together, we can explore current experiences from the lens of past unresolved conflicts and unconscious patterns which can help gain much needed validation and understanding.
Therapy can be challenging albeit a rewarding experience. Whatever brings you to therapy can be explored in an initial consultation, allowing us to also experience being in the therapeutic space together.
