I consider myself to be highly empathic, intuitive and compassionate, I try to fully understand what my client is experiencing and feeling. My aim as your counsellor is to give you a "safe" space to talk openly and honestly with out fear of judgement. I specialise in bereavement and loss, I'm confident working with clients who have depression or low moods, and anxiety. I have had specific training to work with client's who self harm, suffer with addiction and those who have suicidal thoughts or intrusive thoughts.
