I work from a person centred relational perspective, which means that I believe that the most powerful and long lasting change comes from finding our own wisdom and answers, especially in the context of a safe and reliable relationship.
As the counsellor, I use my professional knowledge and experience to guide and facilitate the sessions, but ultimately we work as a team so you can find your way through the aspects of your self and life that need tending to. All my work is undertaken from a LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming position.
