I have had a number of difficult life experiences and genuinely believe in the benefits that finding the right counsellor can bring you. In counselling, the therapeutic relationship between the client and the counsellor is key to helping you activate the changes you want to make in your life.
I work with a range of common issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, loss, trauma, relationship issues, family issues, domestic abuse and violence, age related issues, developing self-esteem, breaking unhelpful habits and phobias amongst many others.
