Life can be really difficult at times for all of us and sometimes problems can feel overwhelming. Counselling and Psychotherapy can provide a safe and private space to explore the issues with someone who has enough distance from your life to be along side you whilst you find what it is that you need. I think people come to Counselling when they decide within themselves something in their life needs to change, be that an external change or a change in a way of feeling, I have a decades experience in building meaningful, containing, supportive relationships and can be alongside you whilst you find what it is that you need.
I'm a registered BACP member, I qualified in 2009 and achieved BACP accreditation in 2014. I have practiced privately for the last 5 years in addition to my other roles. I’m an Integrative Counselling Supervisor. Since qualifying I have worked with a variety of clients; children, young people, adult and child survivors of Domestic Violence and Abuse, adults.
I feel everyone is unique and I'm truly humbled anytime anyone shares their intimate stories with me, I'm passionate about supporting people through facilitation, I'm confident you are able to find your own resolution and I'm here to create a meaningful relationship and safe space for you to find what it is that you need.
