Hello and welcome. I can help with specific issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement or a more general feeling that things aren't right that you can't quite put your finger on. I am a BACP accredited therapeutic counsellor offering a reduced price exploratory session for us to meet, discuss what you are looking for and importantly, so that you can get a feel for whether working together feels like a good fit for you.
Perhaps you want support to process difficult or painful feelings, relationships, memories or events. Maybe you want to explore areas that feel stuck or to find a different way to respond to life's inevitable challenges. Each counselling relationship is unique. I aim to work with whatever you bring in a way that feels supportive, warm and empathic.
Seeking support can be difficult and you may feel anxious about meeting for the first time. I offer an initial reduced cost session for £20 for you to get a better feel for whether you want to continue working together.
