I am an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adolescents and young people since 2015. I have worked in NHS CAMHS, the third sector and schools, and currently work in private practice and the Nightingale Hospital. I support adolescents and young adults with a range of emotional, behavioural, social and mental health difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, self-destructive thoughts and low self-esteem. I work collaboratively to explore and make sense of some of the difficulties that individuals are experiencing and how it might be affecting their behaviour, thoughts or feelings.
