The psychotherapy I offer is integrative transpersonal, meaning I flex my style according to your individual needs, getting the best results for you in the shortest time period. I completed my five-year training at the reputable CCPE in London where the training included psychodynamic, humanistic, existential and gestalt as well as a psychiatric placement. As a result I feel comfortable working with many issues including addiction, ASD, ADHD, trauma and personality disorders.
My training was transpersonal, which is the idea that the root of our suffering is in our core conditioning, and so therapy that focuses just on our thoughts and behaviours cannot provide us with all the answers we need. In this way I work to address the cause of anxiety and depression, leading to genuine, lasting change and a deeper sense of wellbeing.
I take a practical approach and know how important it is for you to see results. I will tell you after our first session what I feel would be the best route for you. This is done with gentleness and compassion. I know from my own experience of therapy how unsteady and sometimes frightening the journey of self-exploration can feel. We move at your pace.
