We all experience different states, sometimes changing too quickly to catch ourselves, sometimes not changing as fast as we need them too. I am a therapist that will work with you however you are feeling. I will meet you, your authentic self, where you are at during our session times together. I'm Annie, I am an engaging, supportive and encouraging therapist and will hold your best interests and wellbeing at the heart of the process.
I have a degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. This includes psychodynamic, person-centred, cognitive behaviour, and emotion-focused styles of therapy. I am a member of the BACP and I hold a current ICO certificate.
I have years of work experience, working at a women's counselling centre, supporting women with various presenting and underlying issues. I would take referrals from SARC. I also worked in the motor industry as a 'Health & Social Care Co-ordinator' where I implemented employee support services that including onsite counselling and mental health awareness.
