I offer Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling which draws on a broad base of theoretical models and techniques. However, the founding principle underpinning my practice is that many of the difficulties we experience in the present are rooted in the past.
I foster a safe space where we can work through the issues you might want to explore without judgement or expectation. I believe that real and lasting change can be achieved through therapy where you can experience relief from personal difficulties, develop a stronger sense of who you are and find empowerment and fulfilment.
