I offer you a therapeutic relationship free from judgment, criticism and expectations where the only agenda is to support you in your process. I have extensive experience working with men issues, PTSD, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues and gay issues.
I work with a variety of psychotherapy methods and modalities and integrate them to suit your process. Your experience of the therapeutic process will be different from anyone else. I work with the mind and body and incorporate creative imagination, dreamwork, visualisation and mindfulness when suitable.
There is no obligation to commit to a number of sessions. You will have the autonomy to decide when it is time to end the therapy.
