I offer a compassionate counselling service in Leeds, and online throughout the UK. I'm available to work with anyone who may feel lost, confused, sad or anxious. Together we can create a place of safety to discuss your life, and any issues you are experiencing. Therapy can give you tools to navigate through life's up and downs and can help strengthen your sense of self. I believe that our perceptions of our own brokenness can be viewed differently. That our flaws are what makes us unique, beautiful and wonderfully human.
I'm an integrative counsellor, meaning that I use different therapeutic approaches depending on what issues you'd like to explore through counselling. There is no 'one size fits all' and our life experiences are unique to us, making the need to tailor my approach to you a fundamental part of the process.
Asking for help can be really difficult. Therapy can help you feel heard, understood and validated. Having someone outside of your social circles, who provides a safe and non-judgemental space, can be an invaluable source of healing, reflection, growth and personal development.
