I offer a warm, authentic and non-judgmental presence. My approach is in Integrative therapy, with a transpersonal perspective. Which enables me to work with many principles and techniques from both classical and contemporary Western psychology. It is a flexible approach with the ability to adapt to a clients individual needs. I work in a relational style and am curious to explore a clients experience, and discover the root of a clients concern and their inherent potential. In particular giving space to a clients relationship with themselves, others and the world.
I am an experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor, and have enjoyed working with individuals for some years. I also have extensive experience globally as a Senior Trainer in Psychosynthesis and Eco-psychology. I am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapists (UKCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
