Welcome to Your Space Therapy, a safe space to contact someone who can assist you in making sense of the world around you. I provide Clients with a safe and confidential environment in Liverpool (Old Swan area), where we can explore your thoughts and feelings with no judgement. I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and provide a one on one service to suit all individuals.
I help people who are looking to overcome a range of emotions and challenges such as low self esteem, anxiety, and depression supporting you through difficult times to make changes and move forward.
You may have experienced these challenges for a while or only recently many people find therapy helpful if you feel like you would like to ask any questions feel free to contact me. we can have an initial 15 minute talk over the phone to discuss any needs you have and whether I can help.
