It may be easier to talk about personal issues, in an alternative place, with someone who is not involved and is totally non-judgemental. Counselling is my passion! Using the Person Centred Counselling which is a non-directive approach it provides therapeutic support and enables you, the client, to utilise free thinking. I also Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques. How you think, feel and behave in certain situations. This coupled with the person centred therapy could be an ideal combination to work on yourself.
A free pre counselling session is offered. Our sessions together will be in an environment where you are free to express any emotions/feelings. With the aim for you to see yourself as a person who can change and has the freedom to do so within the therapeutic counselling process.
