I do support individuals on a short-term as well as long-term counselling session as needed. I can help you with relationship issues and challenges, trauma, depression, anxiety and general psychological difficulties. So, that you can overcome them, emotionally move on and be empowered to be the best version of yourself.
I work integrative, I use different models to help you to reach your desired goal. I can help with a variety of issues related to emotional as well as behavioural distresses. I tailor my counselling sessions to your uniquely individual needs. Together we will identify the root causes of your difficulties, assess the affects and possibly look to change it.
My approach is compassionate and warm. Whatever, your reason for reaching out, I will endeavor to help and support you through difficult moments in your life, exploring your feelings and experiences to make sense of difficulties, to find clarification and to build resilience.
