Welcome. I am guessing this may have been a difficult step for you but I hope it is the first on working through whatever is on your mind at this time. I am an Integrative Counsellor with strong foundations in Person Centred therapy - I believe you know YOU better than anyone. I would be privileged to support you whilst you explore the things on your mind. The strength of our therapeutic relationship is paramount so we can have an initial 30 minute session to make sure you feel comfortable that I am the right counsellor for you. We would also look at any goals you would like to achieve.
I specialise in mental health issues many of which can result from life events; bereavement, trauma, childhood issues, anxiety, depression, low self esteem and relationship issues. I work with adult individuals and also facilitate a support group for a national mental health charity.
