There are times in our lives, especially in current times when we are instructed to self Isolate, when it is even more important to have someone to talk too. I will make every attempt to provide you with a safe and comfortable space in which to explore whatever may be concerning you. My main aim is provide a safe, non- judgemental space where we can build an open & honest relationship.
I will help you explore your thoughts, feelings & emotions in order to help you improve your own personal awareness. I believe that this is paramount in understanding what may be going on for you. My aspiration is to help you understand patterns in your behaviour and why certain life experiences can leave us feeling out of control, helpless and confused.
