English
| Deutsch You may experience problems in daily functioning, be it difficulties in private, intimate and/or work relationships, engaging in self-harming, symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, or have experienced physical or emotional trauma which continuously and seriously affect your life. Experiences from the past and lack of tools can cause emotional turmoil and stress. Purely being human and experiencing fears of the future can push people to their limits. You might have been given a mental health diagnosis and wish to actively be part of your recovery.
As an experienced professional, I offer a safe space in which you can explore difficult issues that may have laid burried for a long time. Both your verbal and non-verbal (without talking) ways of expressing are welcome. Working with creative and action methods and as an embodied person offers a way of accessing and processing difficult aspects of life.
It is not easy to ask for help and pursue psychotherapy. Difficult topics, behaviours and emotions are invited to be expressed and non-judgementally explored. Shame, guilt, anger, fear, lonliness as well as joy and humour are part of therapy. Emotions inform and help us understand where and why things keep going wrong and/or changes can happen.
